In all of our work, The Centre for MindBody Health (CMBH) is concerned about and respects the privacy of our clients. We appreciate the importance of ensuring a high degree of protection of personal information that you share with us. What personal information does CMBH collect?
CMBH does not collect personal information when you visit our web sites unless you choose to voluntarily provide such personal information. It is CMBH’s policy that personal information of the users of our site is private and confidential.
How is this personal information used?
CMBH will use personal information to provide our clients with information and services and to help us better understand your needs. Specifically, we use your information to communicate with you, to deliver services to you, to bill you for products/services you purchased, and to provide ongoing service and support.

Your personal information is stored on our database servers or hosted by third parties who have entered into agreements with us that require them to observe our Privacy Statement. We have implemented technological measures to prevent individuals from accessing personal information without authorization. Data centers are designed to be physically secure and protected from unauthorized access by unauthorized persons.

Retention
We will retain your personal information for the period of time that is required by law. When your personal information is no longer required, it will be destroyed or depersonalized.
