Following his two-day CMBH training in 2021 the call for his return was loud and clear. We’re delighted to be making his thought leadership available to our community of practice once again. 8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program – Online Spring 2023

MSC is a skill-based program offered in a group format. Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. ONLINE Training – Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

This 4-week course, offered through the Centre for MindBody Health, provides a comprehensive examination of DBT-PTSD based on a psycho-social model. Within this model, dysfunctional behaviors are understood as strategies to avoid or escape from trauma-associated primary emotions like powerlessness, threat, anxiety, disgust, humiliation, or sexual arousal.
