The Family and Friends Group is a 13-week group designed for those with relationships with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or otherwise challenged with emotional dysregulation. Through education, skills training and network building, group members will learn how to navigate these relationships and support their own and their loved one's well-being.

We are thrilled to once again host Dr. Alan E. Fruzzetti, clinical psychologist, professor, and researcher in the field of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Following his two-day CMBH training in 2021 the call for his return was loud and clear. We’re delighted to be making his thought leadership available to our community of practice once again. Dr. Fruzzetti will provide a two-day online training, “DBT with Reactive or High Conflict Couples”.

8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program – Online Spring 2023

MSC is a skill-based program offered in a group format. Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. MSC is a skills group rather than a retreat. The goal is for participants to directly experience self-compassion and learn practices that evoke self-compassion in daily life.
