ONLINE Training – Working with Emotions and the Therapeutic Relationship in Teletherapy

We are excited to host Dr. Leslie Greenberg and Dr. Rhonda Goldman, both internationally-renowned clinical psychologists and researchers in the field of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Drs. ONLINE PROGRAM – 13 Week DBT Graduate Group: Apr 21 – Jul 14, 2022

The Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Graduate Group is geared towards participants who have successfully completed at least one full round of a DBT skills group (minimum 6 months), i.e., mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, and are committed to maintaining their gains, building upon the skills they’ve learned and mastering advanced DBT skills.

BIPOC Expressive Arts Therapy Group

The Expressive Arts Therapy Group is aimed at centralizing the experiences of BIPOC folx who seek support in response to interpersonal violence and have felt dismissed/othered by the mental health system. This 8-week in-person group addresses trauma using a DBT Art Therapy informed practice.
