Mindful Practices for Stress Reduction: An 8-Week Group Program
Essential Skills for Mindfulness Meditation and Living a Mindful Life
Limited to the first 10 registrants!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A growing body of research is demonstrating that our capacity to enjoy peace, contentment and connectedness can be cultivated through mindfulness practices that anyone can learn. With training, we learn we have the power to stay present, open and resilient no matter what life sends our way.
Participants in this program will learn the core skills of mindfulness meditation and will be guided in how to weave mindfulness into the fabric of their day-to-day lives.
WHO THIS GROUP IS FOR
This group is appropriate for those who are new to mindfulness but would like to begin to practice it regularly, as well as those who are already practicing mindfulness but wish to deepen their understanding and skills. Participants receive graduated training in formal and informal mindfulness practice.
A signature focus of this program is on teaching the discrete skills of meditation and the ways these skills can be transferred into everyday life.
