Sarah Hallett is a Psy.D. Candidate in Clinical Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School. She is working under the supervision of Dr. Breanne Faulkner, Dr. Nicole Dignard and Nicole Notarfonzo.

Sarah has completed clinical training in private practice working through a trauma informed perspective in assessment and therapy with adults and adolescents suffering from childhood trauma, addiction, adoption, anxiety, and depression. Sarah has clinical experience with parents/caregivers and their adolescents challenged with addictions and has delivered workshops and group work for these populations. Sarah was adjunct faculty at the Adler Graduate Professional School between 2017-2022, teaching their graduate certificate course in trauma psychotherapy.

Sarah offers a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment to facilitate self-awareness, strength, and resiliency. She integrates various therapeutic approaches including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive-behavioural therapy for English-speaking people of Caribbean origin (CBT-CA), psychodynamic family of origin work, and Satir family therapy. She has an ongoing commitment to anti-racist work both personally and professionally.

Sarah has a special interest working with adolescent clients and their parents in white and diverse populations who struggle with trauma, attachment issues, addiction, and addictive behaviors, including substance abuse, self-harm, gaming and others.
