Dr. Lorraine Patterson received her Ph.D. at the University of Saskatchewan. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Lorraine provides assessment and psychotherapy services to adults who struggle with difficulties, including depression, anxiety, dissociation, post-traumatic distress, addictive behaviours, out-of-control emotions, personality problems, and relationship problems. Her 20+ years of experience has taught her that recovery is possible and that it is a direction, not a destination. Lorraine uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and EMDR to support her clients.
