Treatment Approaches with Evidence-Based Therapies

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that offers personalized plans with a focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills to help individuals manage emotions, improve relationships, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) enhances emotional understanding, personal growth, and healing by identifying core pain, promoting emotional transformation, and fostering emotional intelligence and self-compassion in a safe, supportive therapeutic space.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

CBT is based on the idea that thoughts and perceptions influence your behavior. CBT emphasizes finding solutions to current symptoms, by learning to attend to ways of thinking that may contribute to problems while finding new ways to think and behave.

Trauma Therapies

We offer personalized, evidence-based trauma therapies in a compassionate and safe environment, helping individuals heal from emotional and psychological wounds by tailoring our approaches to their unique needs.

Mindfulness and Compassion Therapies

Mindfulness-based approaches enhance present-moment focus and reduce distressing thoughts, while compassion-based approaches facilitate emotional healing by fostering kindness, connection, and self-compassion.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS® is a therapeutic approach that sees individuals as having protective and wounded inner parts, guided by a core Self. It fosters self-awareness and harmony through a compassionate connection with different aspects of oneself, aiming to facilitate healing and integration.
